He’s one of the most qualifiers in Australian Sprintcar Racing. And he’s locked in for all four nights of the Clay-Per-View Sprintcar Speedweek commencing on December 26.
Never without speed and always with the street smarts of a man who has now spent twenty years in the Sprintcar saddle Luke Dillon is just as determined as ever to cause an upset over his younger rivals.
With over thirty main event wins to his credit including victories at all of the CPV Sprintcar Speedweek venues the second-generation South Aussie star has no reason to believe he can’t get the job done in his Maxwill motored Triple X.
“To be honest it’d be nice to have done some more racing than we have leading into Speedweek but everyone’s pretty well in the same boat,” says Dillon, “we’ve had a first and a third at Murray Bridge so far this season but we’ve had five rain-outs and one cancellation too. It hasn’t been ideal in terms of track time.”
Luke has the #81 Action Line Marking / South West Conveyancing / Devil Karts entry prepped, primed and ready and he would love nothing more than to his repeat his stunning 2014/2015 Speedweek Series victory.
The cartage contractor from Flagstaff Hill SA remains as one of the most versatile and capable racers the City of Churches has ever produced and ruling him out of www.clayperview.com Sprintcars Speedweek success would be gutsy and unwise.
